Steven Patrick Rayburn

Steve was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Rose Ann (nee Enwright) and Larry Rayburn on April 8, 1963. He was the beloved husband of Susan (nee Elsner) Rayburn, married August 24, 1985. Steve was the cherished father to Emily (Eric) Hegedus and Olivia (Kyle) Lucas, and Pops to Millie Hegedus, Archie Hegedus, Hudson Lucas and Hayden Lucas. He was a loyal brother to Larry (Linda) Rayburn, Anna (Al) George, Guinevere Rayburn, Jen (Matt) Guy and Judie (Wes) Campbell. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by many loving family members and close friends. 

Steve founded and independently operated Rayburn Homes for many years and leaves a legacy of many beautiful homes around Cincinnati.

A visitation will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home on August 2, 2026 from 2-4 pm. Immediately following will be a service and blessing by Father Andy Umberg. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Autoimmune Association.
