Ruth Ann, age 88, of Milford passed away on February 10, 2021. She was born on April 6, 1932 in Dunlo, PA to the late Alex and Lillian ( nee Keifer) Gardner. Ruth is survived by her devoted children, Randy Keegan, Chris Keegan, Erin (Russell) Norman, and Lori (Shuford) Swift; grandchildren, Billy, Macy, Kori, Casey, Gabe, Zoe, Joshua, and Marriana; great grandchildren, Keegan, Katie, Hailey, Tyler, and Kammi; nieces, Mary Jane Kay and Diane Pentrack; and other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Keegan on February 22, 2002; and 6 siblings.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231.
