Cheryl L Ankenbauer- Ruehl. Beloved daughter of the late Howard and Evelyn Ankenbauer. Devoted mother of Amy Dull, Michele (Dave) Mescher and Jonathan Ankenbauer-Ruehl. Loving sister of the late Mark Ankenbauer and Lynn (Steven) Bolin. Cherished grandmother of Joe, Emily and, Josh Dull, Noah and Katherine Mescher; great grandmother of Nathan and Madey Dull. Loving aunt of Brian Bolin, Josh and Jake Ankenbauer. Dear cousin and friend to many. Passed away April 23, 2021 at the age of 70 in her home surrounded by her loving children and pets.

Cheryl is a proud graduate of McAuley High School. She was an activity director, postman, and then retired from the IRS. She enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, gardening, photography, painting, wood working as well as arts and crafts. She shared her love of these activities with friends and family.

An 11:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 28th at St. Ignatius of Loyola Church, 5222 North Bend Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45247. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 PM, on Tuesday, April 27th at Paul R Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt.
