Fairfield - Charlotte Mae Blake(nee Maffey) passed away at the age of 97 on October 8, 2021 at her home at Fairfield Place Assisted Living. Beloved wife of the late James E. Blake. Devoted mother of Judith Reed and Cheryl Stoehr. Cherished grandmother of Melisa Beidelman, Rebecca Harwood and the late Jacob Stoehr, Great grandmother of Joslyn Beidelman and Richard (Rio) Harwood. Loving sister of the late Raymond Maffey. Charlotte was retired from Hamilton County Juvenile Court. Volunteered at the Mercy Fairfield Hospital Gift Shop. Charlotte and her husband, James, both belonged to the American Ex-Prisoners of War organization. Funeral services will be held in private for the immediate family.
