Barbara M. Bradford

Barbara was born on September 8, 1943 to Clara Emma and Howard L. Benz in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Queen of Peace School and graduated from Ross High School in 1961. She worked for 29 years at Pierre Foods and was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church in Fairfield. In her spare time, she loved reading books and coloring. 

Barbara is the beloved mother of Lorinda (Ken) Nichols, Jenny (James Stevens) Cox and Brennan Bradford; cherished grandmother of Ashley Hernandez, Alan Nichols, Damain Schoolcraft, Matthew (Jessica) Sizemore, Ryan (Shay) Nichols and Karina (Mike) Trebnik; and treasured great grandmother of Isaiah, Michael, Daniel, Alessia, Calum and Lily. She was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and her dear sister Anita Benz. 

A visitation for Barbara will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home (3950 Pleasant Avenue in Hamilton) on Monday, August 3, 2026 from 12 pm until time of funeral service at 1 pm. Donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
