WATES, Kenneth W., beloved husband of Linda (Smith) Wates; loving father of James (Janet Watson) Collins and Tabitha (David) Rosfeld; adoring grandfather of Alexis Collins, Christian Kolb, Cameron Kolb and Peyton Norman-Collins. Also survived by his twin sister, Kay (Doug) Wright. Preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Martha Wates, a brother, Gary Wates, and a nephew, Steve Wright. Passed away on January 31, 2018 age 73. A visitation will take place at the Ogle & Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, OH 45056 on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 4 PM until 7 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 10 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West College Corner, Indiana Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., 106 Brookville Street, W. College Corner, IN, 47003.
