Harold. – Beloved husband of Lee Anne Childers for 8 years. Devoted father of Karen (Ed) Childers Krull. Cherished grandfather of Kaylan Seaman & Zachary Krull. Also survived by nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Thelma Childers, his first wife of 32 years, Beverly Boschert Childers, his brother, Charles Childers, Jr., and his sister, Margie Williams. Harold passed away on May 7, 2018 at the age of 67 years. Resident of Springfield Twp., OH. Harold loved being outdoors in the warm weather, fishing and working in his vegetable garden. He also liked hanging out in his garage, working with wood, and listening to the Cincinnati Reds on the radio. His primary passion was cooking and all the things related to cooking including the perfect pot or the perfect kitchen gadget. He was known for his comfort food specialties & southern style cooking. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10th from 4:30 PM until time of the Funeral Service at 6:30 PM at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Memorial donations can be made to the Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries or to Hospice of Cincinnati.
