Fred D. Hackney

Hackney, Fred D., 1940-2018, Beloved husband who was proceeded in death by his wife of 60 years, Linda “Jeanette” Hackney. He was also proceeded in death by two daughters, Linda Jane and Marjorie Ann Hackney. Known to all as a caring, compassionate, and hardworking man. He also was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Cherished by children, Monte (Helen) Hackney, Marsha (Manson) Laney, and Mike Hackney. Loved by grandchildren Caleb (Hannah) Hackney, Arianna, Jachyn, Laney. Cade, Kyle Hackney. Great grandchildren Boone, Callie Hackney. A memorial visitation will take place at the Ogle & Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, Ohio on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 6 PM until 7 PM. A Masonic Service will be held at 7 PM with a Memorial Service to follow.
