Toole, Denise

Age 63, passed away on January 14, 2019. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 25, 1955 to Arnold E. Toole and Margie Beard Toole. She is survived by sisters and guardians, Joyce Toole Wilhelm (Don) and Tonya Toole (Jenifer Thorn), niece Leslie Wilhelm Brankamp (Tom), nephew Joe Wilhelm (Mary) and their children Megan, Matthew and Michael Brankamp and Haley Wilhelm.

Denise was privileged to reside at Takoda Trails, in Fairfield, Ohio, for 36 years and to be surrounded by loving caregivers. Dede’s family will forever be grateful to the staff of Takoda Trails and her day program at CLW.

A private burial service will be held in Liberty, Indiana. Memorial contributions, in Denise’s honor, can be made to: Friends of Takoda Trails, 350 Kolb Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
